I came to make a short update to show a new enemy, tomorrow I will make one more and then the first stage should be ready for beta testing (maybe next week).
After the tests everything is likely to start going faster, at the first moment I’ll be releasing a stage each time.

Howdy followers and patrons.
I'm working on the Garry' ship, I have to add a room to hold all the girls who will be redeemed, in addition to mermaids.
Through the rooms you can interact with them and see the status of pregnancy and details about each girl.

It took me a while but now almost all the features are working, the dialogue and the interactions with objects, items and skills are perfect! The next step is for NPCs to test the sex dialogue and other little things.
After having all the basic gameplay features, I will be able to start the new level design (the exploration and quests will be maintained).

I did more progress on the remake of the game, now I made the ingame menus. We can see everything is working right and seems very easy to access.
The new level system with attributes to improve and inventory system are a great addition to the game experience, we can expect more time exploring and discovering new ways to play the stages.

I basically finished adding and assembling the menu code, everything is working perfectly with the new save method and some adjustments regarding the screens.
I'll leave the extra menu for last (as the name says, its just an extra menu), next step is to start creating the new world map screen.

Yesterday I was talking to several friends about re-coreing The Rescue of Mermaids, thus making the code cleaner and more organized (and also removing several bugs).
With that some things will be easier to develop and the game will be leaner, straight to the point.

I'm finishing adding the last kind of mechanics in the game, after that I just need to complete the remaining girls animations to get everything the full game needs.
That said, I hope to complete the game by the end of February.
The last challenge I added is to escape the drill, that will happen in several levels, to be able to complete all the quests and find all the girls.

I'm doing this game together with a friend of mine, he's programming the whole game and I'm just doing the graphic art.
The basic plot, the girl you play was created using parts of the human body (dead human body, wiith a zombie mutation) to create a perfect soldier, but she didn't want to take orders anymore and decided to destroy all the terrorists who create her and save her sister (a similar project did by the terrorists).
