update: patreon paused for march

hey all, a mix of things has stalled updates here for this month. unfortunately i need to take march to catch up both on commissions and for patrons. No one will be charged for March, and i will put together an art pack of personal work and patron sketches for everyone who was a patron in february when i am able to catch up. apologies for the inconvenience, but i want to make sure you guys arent overcharged when i'm behind on work!

been flirting with the idea of working with more direct references and doing them in another painter's palette: this one uses Bouguereau. let me know what you guys think!

doodle -- goo dragon

been working on this for a bit. the concept here is a dragon comprised of a shiny golden and black liquid (rubber, maybe?) dragon that shapeshifts and grows off of its partner's tastes; dominate and it will take on a softer, subby shape. submit to it and it'll become a big beefy drgdaddy. let me know what you think!

I didn't quite meet the goals i had set out for January, but it's certainly an improvement over most of last year! I will see what i can do to bump it up even closer to the goal than last month's. I have a few polls in mind but i need to make images to accompany them. until...

Plans and goals for 2020

Hey Guys! Thank you to everyone who supported me in 2019. There were a lot of successes in the first year of this patreon --most notably the first year I have been able to earn a real income. I do feel, however, that i did not deliver to those in the $3-$8 tier. In an effort to get on a better track with that, Ive put together a list of goals. Starting tomorrow (if internet allows), I will be implementing more content more regularly. Here's what I have planned for 2020:

hey guys! it's a new month and we're hitting the ground running with some sketches. the plan now is to have more regular posting of quicker pieces, with some weekly or monthly bigger pieces thrown in as well. studies+ pottery learning

a bit of variety here! firstly is some snapshots from my pottery space, working my way through various cup shapes and getting back into practice of consistent throwing . below are cross-sections, where i troubleshooted issues of wall thickness and weight, as well as recorded the silhouette in my sketchbook for further research and experimentation. interesting how rule of thirds still applies even in ceramics!

Patreon on pause for September

Hey all! I’m a bit behind on work. So I’m pausing the billing cycle for September to get caught up on patreon art and other work.
