There, huddled at the base of the bush, was a cat. The animal was ragged and dirty. Even with its fur standing on end, Catra could see that it was painfully thin. It watched her with wide, wary eyes. In a weird sort of way, Catra saw a lot of herself in the stray.

Despara kinda rejects kissing Catra because it has a deep meaning for her, and Iria wanted to develop that idea with more time.

One of the things I like the most from this show, is the little details in the character's actions, especially hand's gestures. How those hands can hurt or comfort. These are a bunch of little drawings inspired by that.
