New vs Old design [also Happy New Years]

Eps0n/Epsilon's design changed quite a bit through the years~ The original design had more angular parts, Larger spike in the front/etc. Overall though when it came to combat/etc. those angles would be a bit too vulnerable, so a lot more reinforcing of the faceplates/etc. was done~

Hey! It's been a little while! apologies about the sudden break in posts:

Had to recover from underestimating how cold/sick I could get from negative-degrees weather (damn wind-chill warnings are no joke)

Some render-steps of sketch -> paint practice

A raw little insight on how some of the pieces I work on go~
(Sometimes I also forego line-art entirely and just block in and carve away)

Character : "A.Crimson"+ Sketches

(One-half of the Duo; the other being 'Clover'/Dallas)

Little-Lore:
His story involves Ironside's gang, which 'Crimson'/Sherriff used to be a part of.  [Though the style up there is a bit more civilian/cas.formal]
He ended up staying in one of the far mining towns as 'De Facto Sherriff' and carved out his own faction.


*Rough concept-sketches: In-short: You can tell some characters apart via the 4-Suits/Themes they lean towards.  

Galeo Pirate Au[alternate]

Got a little carried away with trying out different designs and stuff(I have a thing for asymmetrical compositions depending on the character or their archetype).

(Slowly wrapping some some other art too, cleaning up some sketches....  Though I think I could go with posting more doodles/rougher-drafts again as well~ hmmm)
