Hi guys, I don't like having to make these kinds of posts, but I'm asking please, please~ do not leak or post my art/comics/etc. to third-party sites or elsewhere.

Hi guys! While I'm drawing, I lose track of what kinds of things I've already said/addressed sometimes and to whom ^^', so I was thinking I could answer some questions in the meantime as I work on things!
Whether it's art-related(how-to-tutorials/tips), character & lore-related, etc. I want to try and address some questions /or get a read on things because I forget not everyone has the background story/etc. (Maybe generate some ideas for future pieces - who knows) :)
If you ever wondered, I do have 5-10 tabs open at a time, because I am working on multiple things ^ ^' (Everything from character, concepts, comics, story-stuff and the nsfw I do for fun: it really fills a day and keeps me busy)

I've been working on my painting skills lately alongside the other stuff. + spending some time experimenting with anatomically-dictated mechanics (turning/vs hinged joints is a challenge, but a fun one)
(also working on bringing back an older comic-page thing from a little while back at some point)

Most of the time, he's actually wearing either too many layers, or dressed quite plainly.
Quick observations on Vostok : He doesn't speak much about where he's from, but he makes it a priority to frequently visit a small hunting/farming village somewhere out in the Cyberian tundra. Sometimes upon returning to work, others will notice new colorful scribbles on his frame, or hand-crafted trinkets and flower-crowns near his station.

Higher Res. of GALEO + Illustration of the armor I first put him in. I do experiment quite a bit with his look.
I went with a kind of naval-based armor-style (i.e. Explosive-Mine-Shoulder-Pauldrons, Harpoon/Anchor weapons, Steering-Wheel+Cog backing) I was inspired this week to do so~
I've been trying to push my skills in painting difficult textures and also designing some more parts to use later on. (Also ended up painting Knox a few days ago because I wanted to draw something rougher in between)

[Slowly getting back into the swing of things~]
But I have still been drawing quite a lot :)
Something I've been doing to also break in an old ipad. (As I'm currently out state on a business-trip atm. Still workin' on stuff in-between)
It's a little slower to get the same quality & takes a little getting used to, but for the most part it's working~
This one took quite a bit of time~
Admittedly somewhat on the borderline of 'NSFW' but I liked some of the concepts/designs enough to showcase it~ (i.e. working out more of the engineering + mechanical aspects but also improving my general technical skills.)
This week I wanted to show you guys how I approach some illustrations real quick!
Hopefully the gif is readable~ But a gist of what I'm doing at each step.
I gather a lot of references, and do studies for items/accessories/folds/etc. (I'm still practicing a lot)
(As you can probably tell, I prefer solid-painting rather than line-art, 'Probably why some comic pages can take a while' ^ ^')

In the more present-timeline, not much changed at all with Vostok. Currently On-leave and enjoying a simpler life somewhere out in the tundra. (Outsiders just call that entire region 'Cyberia')

Designing a uniform is not easy ^ ^' (I've been picking up a bunch of new skills lately, like learning to basic 3D model for caps/details/etc.) & utilizing a more difficult but satisfying painting-style for diversifying textures.
I used several inspirations from a variety of uniforms (Most notably the Marines Dress Blues as I got to actually borrow one.)
Real quick teaser-ish of a pin-up style thing for this coming month~
(and also drawing some historical weapons on the side)
I just had a lot of fun with these & Indulging in the punk/grunge fashion of the 90's
(His design just works for quick concepts/fast-action-y scenes)

Small and not quite built for combat, the more feline-lean robots/cyborgs are more designers and managers rather than laborers. From leisure, pleasure, luxury, or just aesthetics, the new top-of-the-line tech in the market usually comes from a group of these guys.
