A handful of players still has a problem purchasing nudes in Cypher's shop so I've placed a hundred empty slots to be filled up and I also fixed some of the codes that handle the shop and the player's phone.

I've gotten reports that some players can't buy anything from Cypher's shop so I released a fix for this and for a couple of other issues
BUG FIXES:
- Fixed Frenzy from having infinite ammo during battle
- Fixed Cypher's shop not letting some players buy nudes
(If it's still not working, choose New Game as a data reset) - Fixed New Game not resetting Jett's story
