Since someone asked me how much if they commission for emoji, I drawn these to see how much time I need to spend on them. Unfortunately,  I think I'm not very successful with the emoji at hands. I drawn too much details that disappeared upon shrinking down. The expression became hard to tell after shrinking down to certain size. I probably need to give another try before including them as an commission option.

I'm really sorry that I'm not as productive as I should be. Opening for commission really take a toll on me.  (Though those extra cash does help with the bill for my mother's denture, which cost me $1900 USD! Man, denture is expensive! Which  really motivate me to pay attention to take care of my teeth.)

I still got quite a bit of idea I wanted to draw, but it's clear that I could not make it this year. Hopefully I could do better next year.

I must admit I struggle quite a lot with this technique. This technique would make the overall image grayer, which a lot of the time make the image look more realistic. But becomes a disadvantage for me since most things I draw, are highly saturated, whimsical characters, which is often in conflict with the technique's grayer presentation. After the long wait, my CPU and motherboard are finally back. Interestingly, my CPU actually upgrade a little bit. The manufacturer said that they no longer produce that product, therefore they send me a slightly better CPU instead. For this I paid about $60 for repair fee.  On the other hand, my motherboard  seem to have more problem, the employee of the store said he send  my motherboard out twice since in the first time it came back, it is still broken, so he had to send out...
