I wrote the lyrics to Time is Black because I am fascinated by quantum physics and string theory although I am far from an expert in the field. Time is SO linear, intuitively speaking, that it seems absolutely impossible that it could be a navigable dimension of its own.
The fact that we are each allotted a finite ration of time is equally mind-blowing and terrifying. Naturally, that makes for good lyrical inspiration!
