Let me start out by thanking every awesome Patron that voted. Your voices have been heard. This was the largest turn out ever with a total of 22 Patrons! At first you were thought you were just walking through a beautiful forest, but then all of the trees and foliage changed. The wilderness that is before you now is more vibrant, the colors are alive and the forest seems to move and breath. This ground covering is the densest you have ever seen in any forest. Then you look up and spot the treehouses that blend in perfectly with the natural background. The wooden suspension bridges that connect them allow for easy travel in relative safety. All the treehouses seem to converge on a single great tree in the center. An arctic pond, untouched in the wilderness. A perfect scene for an ice fishing adventure. Or better yet, a landmark that leads to the entrance of the Ice Den. Perhaps its is a legendary hidden pond, that bequeaths a magic weapon to a great hero if they wait there all night. This wintry map should work for any cold weather campaign, it also fits in seamlessly with the Snowflake Fortress map set.

The wintry north has few respites, with snow covering the forest it can be hard to navigate. Sometimes you can clearly see the road and sometimes a fresh snowfall makes it seem like there is no path at all. Keep your wits about you, its easy to get lost in such a winter wonder land.

This is an alternate of the Swamp Cave - Center from the Mist Mire map set, in fact it is the original. For me, it seemed way too green so I re-did the water, which gave it a nicer contrast. This map may work just as well for some, so here it is. The map will align with the other Swamp Cave maps too. It is done in 2k resolution with the watermark.
