The out of focus rendering from the Contax-Zeiss 135 f2.8 makes for a pleasing background and highlights the body of the model nicely.

An awkward legacy for the models to come.

This spot in the apartment of my friend photographer Roberto in Brescia was perfect to show the beauty of Martina.
I will be in his house again to shoot the new model on the 21st of August and, inevitably, I will be using the same spots I used during my previous shootings with Martina.
Shooting in the same places with a new model will feel as cheating, because this place is full of the memories I have builded up around Martina.

Let me explain.

I try to make a proper conversation with the models while we shoot.

This may ruin some of the pictures if they are replying to my answers, but it is also useful to make some candids I would not get in any other way.
And it is always interesting to talk with these pretty young girls and learn more about them.

I would like to take more pictures out in the open, but nudity in public is always an issue.
This private terrace in the center on Milan was a good compromise because it was closed out from the rest of the world.

She was obliged to wear some shoe to protect her feet, and I approve her choice.

I like the feeling Manya is capable of injecting into pictures.
She really knows how to communicate through her body.

Sometimes I feel like have no pictures to post, other times I remember about entire shootings I forgot about...
I'm also worried to post the same picture several times, but I'm doing fine for the moment 😅
And it helps my memory that has never been very good.

Just imagine any of us in this position... not sexy at all!

But for Martina it's different.
She is beautiful and inviting also in this pose, and I bet she also smells good!

Today I'm NOT shooting with the new model, because she had forgotten to tell me she's still in Rome...
The younger the models are, the less professional they are.
Martina is only 5 years more than this girl, but she is so much more precise in every respect.
I guess it is the price to pay to have a very young girl to pose naked for you, and I'm willing to pay it, so we decided to reschedule the shooting in the next days...

Lenne was a pleasant surprise, but I'm expecting a lot ...

I like when the model looks directly in camera, but I also like when she looks away, possibly not in a unnatural and sexy way, but this pose from Anna is convincing and natural, like if she was alone and pensive.
As if the observer was just a fly on the wall, a lucky fly!

Red and Martina must be complementary colors, they look so inviting together.

Demi in the sun.

The soft skin of Demi on the rough surface of the wall is a pleasant contrast.
The difference is I'm not particularly interested in experiencing the roughness of the wall with my hand...
Sometimes photography is powered by our experience of reality and our fantasy.

Captive Miele.

A black and white sequence from the early days of Bramley Apple.
Miele was particularly suited to monochrome, so I started working on that interpretation before, and only a small percentage of pictures where later converted in color.
Usually I do the other way round.
Miele love cats, she has 3 in her house, and she even behaves with the same attitude, can you spot it in the pictures?

Happy Birthday to me!

Well, I'm lucky, for my Birthday it's the turn of Martina.
To celebrate my 50 years on this planet, I've chosen a picture from our last shooting, that I'm retouching right now.
She's pretending to look out of the window, towards an uncertain future, just like the one each of us is facing right now.
But don't worry, the future is as bright as we we've managed to build our past!

I used to use handcuffs a lot, and I still try to put them on every single model...
Also Sadie was extremely comfortable wearing them, and she looks really natural, as if it was a daily matter... maybe it is.
One should organise a happening with her walking around Milan streets naked and handcuffed, I suppose an ambulance following would be necessary in that case, possibly several ambulances.

I had a mirror behind me, and K. enjoyed looking at her handcuffed reflection, but the expression worked fine for me and I got some good pictures.

I suppose this girl is a great teaser also in her private life.

Not an easy job...

It is not easy to concentrate in front of such a display of beauty but, hey, somebody has to do it... may as well be me!

Sunset was throwing a beautiful light on Martina on this evening.
We were both tired after a long day of work, but we managed to take some impressive pictures anyway.

This apartment was a great location, and she tried to book it again after our first time there, it is not expensive, but it is always booked.
No wonder!

Mescaline represents a fine equilibrium... I have some pictures I can post only on Patreon (because she doesn't want too many people to look at them), and some that Patreon would not allow (so they have to go in the secret album).

I decided not to use this place for this hot season, because during the last inspection I found some smelly human excrements lying around...
I can accept animals leaving something behind, but when human do, the place looses interest for me.

I love lean bodies for my photography.
Maybe it's from art school and from the necessity to see all the feminine anatomy on display, but I find a skinny body more interesting.
Katya represented my limit in this sense, possibly she's even too slim, but she has a great body nevertheless and she seems to be a healthy girl all round!
But we are all different, so it is important to explore a variety of body types, and learn to show them in all their beauty.

Sophia is a strong girl, I'm pretty sure she could break this bond very easily, but it was nice for her to pretend...

But also she can be held up somewhere, like it happened in France some days ago, and she couldn't do anything about it.
Her muscles can't do much to fix a car, but I hope we will have another chances to work together.

The wall behind was was still a work in progress.
Shinrin had just moved in the new house and she still had to paint the walls.
But her body was perfect and the wall was just a way to make it stand out.

I'm not sure which of the 2 shooting with Shinrin I prefer, but during this first one she was innocent and fragile like she's never going to be in the future!
So, from a sentimental point of view, this first session of pictures is never going to be surpassed.

Blurred Martina.

A little blur from movement can make some pictures more dynamic and interesting, this is a candid in many sense, but I like how it looks casual.
Not a masterpiece, just a good memory I was in the right place at the right moment... with the right model!

My first picture of Lenne.

The first and the last picture from any shooting are very special, particularly the first picture of a model you've never worked with before!  A magic moment that will never happen again... add the fact that you still have to guess exposure with the histogram in live view, and you still have to break the ice between two strangers, one of which is completely naked.

So this was my "first time" with Lenne, just warming up before the rest of the shooting.
