A young and fragile creature I was happy to work with when I was starting off this nude project.
I met some interesting people in the last 3 years, not only the models, but also thousands of followers and a selected number of patrons.

Possibly Martina provides the most physical experience of all my models.
Her back is giving away an almost tactile sensation for every muscle, you can almost feel the warmth of her skin with your fingers, I sincerely hope you're not suffering from heart diseases!
I'm happy my current gear is capable of recording the sensations with such fidelity.

Back to the magic of the first shooting with Shinrin, I love the way she feels so natural and at ease when she's nude.
If only every girl could live with her body with such spontaneity.
Anyway, as this would be impossible, if I had to choose only few girls equipped with this talent, I would surely select Shinrin for the top of my list!

You can see we were approaching the end of the shooting, whilst still professional, Puffa was showing the first signs of impatience.
It is difficult also for me to shoot for 3 hours in one go, I guess the concentration I put in this work is really high, because when I stop I feel exhausted.

You can crop Martina any way you want, and she's still going to look stunning.
What is left in the frame is saturating the photo with sensuality, and it's easy to fill in the missing parts with our imagination.
The Contax-Zeiss 135mm f2.8 lens is really doing wonders for the tactile sensation of the skin and gives us the impression of being inside the picture with the model, which is not a bad feeling, if you ask me 😉

There are poses that are definite and precise, somewhat iconic.
But there are also indefinite pose, the in-between movement to reach a new position, where the body has not settled yet. I find these transitional poses fascinating because you can get the model off guard and looking more vulnerable, sometime you can even perceive the slight movement of a limb or of the hair that have not yet settled.
I'm extremely severe with my photographic technique and my focus, but I'm more prone...

The bedside table with integrated radio was an interesting vintage touch that gives this picture a unique feel.
In reality we've never even tried to use this radio, because we were listening at the MP4s from Katya's iPhone while shooting.

I like these shots from an elevated point looking down on the lying model.
The ideal conditions are not always available, but I try to take advantage of them every time I find them.

I would like to say I'm counting the days until the next shooting, but how can you do that if we have no idea when we will be let free again?
The situation is much better in Italy and I suspect it's also down to the higher temperature of the last days.
Possibly the spreading of this virus is really favoured by low temperatures...
As soon as I can I will try to book the next shooting, I guess also the models are ready to go back to business!

Shinrin has a lean figure but her body is still changing into adulthood, so she appears like a sexy puppy that will develop in a magnificent woman.
Judging from her social medias, she's back in the house of her boyfriend, so we should be able to shoot again in that location in the next cold season...
Still, I hope the Coronavirus emergency will cease much before, and we will be able to shoot open air in the Summer.

She really was in great form, full of the energy of her 25 years of age.
Nature can be very generous with some lucky people, Martina for sure, but also me for a brief moment...
