Our narrator eventually explains how ludicrous humans are for always depicting aliens wearing elaborate costumes when the story takes place elsewhere, yet having them nude but dickless if the aliens come to earth (and there are images to illustrate that). He explains that most of the folks who populate the universe don't have the human shame about nudity.
