5C Arc 1 + 2 Book process

I got the print proof back for the first book this past Friday! I looked at it and decided to do some more edits. The second Arc suffered some very orange characters and since then I have adjusted my colouring style.

If you're going to do it, do it right. And so I shall!

Without deviating from the style of that time, I have started doing subtle tweaks with my new colour palette and it seems to be turning out nicely!

Let's print the 5C Arc 1 + 2 book !

Over the next day or two I will be putting together the first book of the set of 5! I will place the order this week and we will have officially begun the first step!

Yes five and not 6 books as I had originally thought I'd do. I combined Arc 1 and 2 since Arc 1 is in greyscale and Arc 2 leaves off at a better cliff hanger. After this, all the books will be one arc per book.

Book 1 + 2 combo = 150~ pgs

Book 3 4 5 6 = 75~ pgs each

You know those situation where you make bad decisions? I think this is where Grad would have thought everything started to go really wrong!

One might also question Viv's anger / jealousy and wonder if it's more about her than Emily being treated like a side chick. 

Social media is a very misleading thing, I'm almost certain this has happened to many folks IRL.

July 29th > Pages 11 - 20 !!

Man, a month is a long time! 

This past few weeks has been extremely busy as I have taken care of all the sketchbooks and finished a cover for an up coming publication. Now qith all of that out of the way I can continue of 7th Arc pages!

Tharja + General Update

I finished the cover I needed to do and all the sketchbooks are done, barring one or two. This week I intend to restart working on  arc 7 and will start putting together the first book for 5c!

I'm thinking that for the first book, I will combine Arc 1 and 2 since I've always been a bit worried about the first book being black and white. The book would end on the page where Grad encounters Viv which is a good spot.

5C Flashback! - Sisterly Review Scene

One of my favourite scenes with Viv. She's one of my most enjoyable characters to write and I want to see more of her.

I'm a sucker for confident aggressive girls.
