Manga Vol 1 BTS: Backgrounds

This manga page was not easy! As you can see it had a ton of detail. Anytime there is a background piece in a manga with this much going on it can be difficult to give focus to the viewer.

Our art assistant, Moni, did an amazing job shading and bringing life to this complicated page. This page also featured Ray Galaxy for the first time, which had its own process to get colored correctly!

Writing Commission Showcase: Charlotte and Wolfgang

Yesterday was an exciting day.

It marked the culmination of five years of intense, deliberate, hyper-focused worldbuilding... and we’re still just getting started.

It meant so much to me to have so many of you show up for the live world map reveal on YouTube. Thank you for being there, and for sharing in the excitement as we unveiled this major piece of Flux Destiny lore.

Manga Vol 1: Ch 1 Logos!

This week, we wanted to showcase the logos inside the first few pages of the manga. These will probably show back up over the series (and more will be added, I'm sure haha). You wouldn't really think about the logos until you need them, so we wanted to make sure ours were well thought out before we needed them over and over again!

This is the first commission I have done for Moose, and this was such a great one to start on. It was a difficult task to learn about a new instrument, but it was definitely worth it. I hope we get to learn more about William soon!
