Who knows what is happening at Amazon, the digital version is still "blocked" as they are reviewing my answer to their email, but I got message that the paperback is alive!

So, as you can see, I got message that the e-book is blocked from publishing. (I'm guessing the printed version will be soon too, because they are basically the same).

I wrote to them, we will see what they answer. The "copyright" is OK, because I can prove that I have copyright over all the content, but "content" sounds fishy... Hope they are not finding the content too risky.

Anyway, we will see, maybe it is something that can be managed with me providing some more info, or chan...

Inner Cover Page for Death in Downward Dog

Preparing the 'front matter' and 'back matter' for the comic book currently.  This will be the inner cover page, which comes just right before the comic starts. (The full color version of this illustration will be in the end matter. I'm thinking of including 2-3 illustrations like this, as an addition to the comic book story).

Working on final edits of "Death in Downward Dog"

These couple of days, I've been working a lot on final edits of the Mrs.G: Death in Downward Dog comic book.

What is left is few small edits on one or two pages, to create the final version of the cover, and then to package everything in a proper file as required by the publisher.

It is my first comic book, so I hope I get everything right and didn't miss something important. We will see... It was actually the third or fourth script I have written but for some reason the comic boo...

Serpent - part 1

During the American Civil War, Mr. G was called to serve, leaving his faithful wife alone at home. But, the minions of the underworld were quick to notice. They extended their insidious tendrils of temptation, and little by little, day after day, month after month, year after year,  tightened their grip, coiling around Mrs. G .

Here is another illustration based on a real life photo that was shortly posted on IG yesterday. Of course, there was a bikini top, the bottom wasn't wet, and there wasn't a horny alien when I posted it on IG.

Personally I think that this version is much more interesting ;)

As you probably know, I'm relatively new to the comic books. I have tried writing other forms, but I "discovered" comics this year, and I fell in love with trying to tell stories through them. Anyway, you can't create comics as a writer alone, you need artists to bring your vision to life. So I looked for and tried working with multiple people. I discovered couple of fantastic artists this way, but with other things didn't work out.

Deleted On Instagram - Exhibit 1

Several times I've posted photos on Instagram, but I wasn't comfortable leaving them, because they were too "suggestive".  Somebody proposed that at least I should return them in form of drawings, so.... Here is the most recent one. Hope you like it, even if it is not the real photo. 

Sentinel (Ending)

As the hours of vigilant guarding stretched on, the persistent beckoning of her empty stomach finally steered Mrs. G's thoughts towards basic needs. She hasn’t eaten anything the whole day. Within the bag the villagers had left for her, she found some food and a water bottle. Wasting no time, she eagerly consumed what was provided.

"A full belly makes for a shallow conscience.”  she heard a voice near her as soon as she finished. Midst the looming trees, a spectral figure mater...

The Sentinel

Lost on a detour, Mr. and Mrs. G stumbled upon a hidden village. The villagers, guided by an ancient prophecy, unexpectedly chose Mrs. G as this year's sentinel to guard a mysterious, rune-covered trunk said to contain a dark force that emerges every twenty years on the day of the summer solstice. The villagers provided Mrs. G with tiny underwear, proclaiming it a symbol of purity and bare truth, necessary for her to withstand the spirits' temptations. Work in Progress - Cover Page

Working on the cover page for the Death In Downward Dog comic. Needs ro be cleaned up and elements joined together better, but I think it is going in right direction. What do you think? What works, what doesn’t?

Halloween Transformation

The fairy said she will help with my Halloween transformation. She did provide me with fun costumes, but she also tricked me and put me in a jar! Which costume do you like the most?
