Jaunary goodie bag stickers

Snowy Kigurumi & warm ups
Hi guys! I have been holding onto a few pages that predated finishing of this piece so you can see how it came to be alongside the result itself~ Every goodie bag sketch starts the same, that is - thumbnailing. I love to make those small pieces to figure out the composition I'm going to go with. It is not glamorous but it saves so much time. There's no need to correct the composition over and over again on a big piece of paper when you already have it figured out on a micro scale~

Fili and his Demon
Drawing them together is a not-so-guilty pleasure of mine. I love how Fili's demon self is everything Filip struggles to accept about himself. Openly needy, in tune with his emotions and sexuality, laid back, patient and at times shamelessly clingy. It's funny how traits that are considered healthy are demonized in Filip's head. Confronting this other self leaves Filip wide open and vulnerable. I love how with time two of them merge to create Filip's full potential self 😩🙌✨

The last batch is here! Damn, was it a task to put all that gold on numbers 14 and 17!
I used Coliro Pearl colors - M610 Tibet Gold paint and to fully cover the paper I had to mix is extra thick. Later, after I finished the challenge, I noticed how other artists are tackling gold paints. It seems that some of them do an undercoat of a similar color watercolor, kind of like staining the canvas, and then apply the cold.
