here's the tune! its live. if you havent already check the post below! as there is a take directly from the synth into the camera audio in, this version has a few bits doubled up, as mentioned below with these classical ones I get the synth to play the song twice then flick the octave switch on some things here and there. :_

Here is something I'm working on for this weekends video. (inspired by seeing my rendition of sarabande pop up at the start of Colins latest bunker vid!) It re lit the idea of making more synth renditions of well known classics.

here are some funky sfx sounds you can chop and slice and use on whatever. mainly some nice noise crescendos/lasers/whale sounds. and helicopters in the distance. this is a few from a video I will be putting up tomorrow on the MS10.which in my opinion is a damn fine synthesizer in sound and ergonomic design :)

I have managed to wired the sideman in direct to get a direct recording, I run through all of the patterns on different speeds, and at the end of the file I do single hits so you can use those also!

Yet another reasonably luckily timed situation. On a telecommunication Facebook group about a synth that someone was going to take to the swap meet which I would not have been able to make. It happened to be a DIY magazine synth I had been hunting for for a while. Chatted to the fine fellow who had it offered some stuff to swap or money but he didn’t want anything he just needed to get the garage cleared. Mad! here is a part I decided to make for this weekends video, I thought it would be nice just doing a full run down of the whole series. there are a couple missing as they dont concern the current Digisound I have and I will be touching on later in the video for instance the DRF and Keyboard controller. but I hope you enjoy! the video on Sunday is going to be about getting hold of the Digisound 80, what it is, what it took to get it to work then how it sounds!

the RFM module is basically the formants answer to an EQ, it can be pretty SHRILL at times I warn you now!! its basically 3 band pass filters that are mixed in parallel to the normal audio, which causes phasing and in turn funky EQ.
hopefully a video on the formant will be up tomorrow! failing that Monday still a lot left to shoot.

So thanks to josh crucfx sending me this listing that was listed for £350. I’m amazed I got hold of it and everyone in the line before me either stopped responding or backed out. But nether the less it’s retro diy synth month! Check for livestreams and vids on both channels on both of the synths and maybe more. (Might have found another smaller diy synth from the same era ooooh)
