I was looking into 360 degrees live-streaming. I probably wont be able to have it hooked up for this livestream. but would this be interesting???
as in instead of a split screen, its a single camera in the middle which you can scroll around?

A good feeling this morning. something that's been in the works for nearly a month an a half is finally working. 4 switches of the routing matrix now up and running!
ok its basically just routing the bus 1 and bus 2 outputs to output 1 and 2 or both or whatever. but it makes for some nice possibilities.
As more parts of the routing matrix are made, those possibilities increase exponentially.
Next step is the filters! im thinking of doing Elka Synthex filter clone...

These analog switch routing matrixes for the gameboy megamachine are looking pretty fancy. if you can see there are a few adjustments to the pcb. when I fix them I will share the schematic etc. if there is anything of use in there to you! closer to the gameboy megamachine video. but I need to get 6 of these put together!

this is from the other night. trying to figure out the nuances of the guitar rather than whacking all of the faders on max! i actually find a crack in one of the circuit boards, it turned out half of the poly ensemble wasn't actually working when i did the first video!
i'm working on a video comparing this, one of the first synth guitars to a modern midi guitar pickup. no ideas when ill get it done, but hopefully at some point this week!
so heres the audio. theres a fair few useable loops in there i recon!!

so I have just got back, and im back for most of the next 3 weeks to get further on the gameboy megamachine (sort out the analog routing finally! plenty of trials and tribulations to talk about there!). Write some songs, and also do the odd smaller project here and there for some vids.

Best result on a phone! but you can scroll around the video on a normal computer. just move your mouse around the video
heres the first of a few tunezzzzzz! i managed to record the set and also get a go pro and 360 cqm to all run the whole way through without cutting out :D RESULT.

finally, it took all weekend because i decided to start and realised it was a big job! It is always that way haha. i ended up building 2 different modules. the triple oscillator module, then a "midi conditioning module" like in the mega machine using juha's code aswell as a midi CC injector. so yes this prototype is finally up and running after figuring few some silly mistakes.
a number of things i've tried here. and tried to make it from the most common parts, to the point in the octave rotary switch i used the most innacurate 10k resistors i could find to each other to see how out of tune it would be. turns out its perfectly fine!
this is with a CEM3340 i will test it with an AS3340 (the cheaper copy) later on.
But all in all im happy with how this is turning ...

So yes! as mentioned in the above, the VCLFO10 will be the next module out. it will come with the same as the filter, with a stripboard layout (a tiny bit less functionallity) a pcb, and also a schematic file.

a lot of carrying and building today!!! still need to find a way of making my car levitate. the beams on the ceiling of the studio we use to shoot this stuff wasn't going to take the weight! but it's fine. figuring something out haha. but this above part is the performance setup. its going to have a transparent floor. no idea it seemed like a good idea at the time because I had some plastic so why not!!!
