Why today's post isn't that big:
The last of our guinea pigs died this morning. We brought it to the vet yesterday because it was losing weight again. At the same day the results of the excrement analysis came in.
Seems like it had (or most likely both had) malignant bacteria in the intestines which caused them to eat very little while still having diarrhoea.
They tried to feed it while treating it with antibiotics but it was most likely too weak to...
