Eventually at least. I'm sorry for keeping ya'll dry for the last month, it's been a little rough but in the meantime I've been chipping away more and more with Robot Circus, so ya'll deserve to see the sketches that will turn into this monstrous 30 page graphic novel plus loads of extras, physical prints and who knows what else!
Please know these are just the thumbnails sketches so literally anything could change, however this do be about how it'll come out...but in color and way cool...

It's done! Sure it's a boring ol' script, but this with the first and third now outlined, I can start drawing!

This was a lot of work which unfortunately got canned. Apparently working on something while loads of life keeps interrupting it makes for bad animation. Who knew?
Regardless, while this is shelved now, I do have plans to make something better later one that isn't overworked and perhaps can make something that won't try to kill me either.

The first proper Dragine to come to the railway. Large, strong, and absolutely full of himself, priding on his strength and speed. However that all comes with a constant boastful attitude and stubbornness that can't be broken. Meet Rainer, one of the biggest dragines of the hoard. When ordered by an outstanding company to the railway, claiming they could contract a dragine for a good deal, he arrived with a small belly that could not make enough steam and often fell sick and useless. After some work to give him a chance with better coal and water, he crashed, forcing him to be rehabbed with a new shape (hence why his belly is large and a different color).

I've been working on a growing ensemble of 'Steam Dragines' as like a character design experiment before diving head first into Robot Circus again.
This here is Fischer, a smaller Dragine who's a bit full of himself and wants to do more than he thinks capable of. He manages the railyard for the larger Dragines to take trains across the country, but occasionally has excursions on short local lines.
