This is my elven technomancer from Shadowrun hacking her way through the Matrix.
Dat VHS Glitch
Because it’s Shadowrun, for the elven technomancer I decided to apply some old VHS glitch for that hacker-y feel.
The subject matter is still my elf... so I didn’t want the distortion to overpower the image too much. The split-color look behind the elf and the specks in the background are actually three layers made from flattening the line work and colors of the elf. One layer is then colored pink (because I like pink), one green, and one blue to roughly resemble RGB tones. Set...
