As of yesterday, May 21st, 2020, Patreon has implemented their new "tax settings". I have done my best to comply and make the changes according to what they've requested.
What this means that, depending on where you live, you will have another line item on your receipt for a certain amount. I've added the benefits that are in the tiers I have, and then Patreon themselves worked out the sales tax percentage.
