This method makes use of ropes/straps and is absolutely the safest and least painful way to hang. If you have someone to help you, definitely give this a go. You can try it on your own but it'll be harder for sure.
Please feel free to use this method in your own videos. We will not claim ownership on it and rather encourage people to try it :)

Here's one we're super proud of! It was our first attempt at a bungee wedgie and it turned out really well. We'll practice this a little bit more and might even eventually have a tutorial for it! This video doesn't feature any bullying as we're mainly just focusing on getting the method right to make sure Sabrina doesn't get hurt. We filmed this video a while ago so we are keen to do it again, Sabrina really enjoyed it too.
