Art's a-comin'!

OK, so as I've mentioned before, I'm currently on my two-week holiday in Ireland. Thus far for the last several days, I've barely had a chance to glance at a computer before having to head out early, and gotten home at close-to-or-gone midnight, so not a lot of time for art unfortunately.

Good news is, tomorrow morning is going to be much much more laid back, meaning I can at least get one or two sketches in, and Tuesday is a completely free day, in which I can sit back, relax, and focu...

Limited internet connection

So where I am atm, the internet is constantly cutting out, often in the middle of uploading stuff. That Lapline picture took three goes before it'd actually go through. So, if output is a bit slow from now until the 24th, then there's the issue. I'll do what I can with the limited connection issue.

So because I was worried about not being able to upload things here for the next couple of weeks while I'm in Ireland, I spent kind of a silly amount of money getting a wireless internet router type thing so I could continue to put up art here while I'm away. Away Aug 10th-24th

More Work in Progress

So before the unintended hiatus, I had begun work finishing off this piece. As you can see I finished all of the inking (more intricate and complex than I was planning) and have started on the grey layer and hair colour. It's involved multiple layers for different areas of her body and aspects of the picture, I'm hoping to make the colours on her really 'pop,' y'know?

Fiiiiiiinally finished this :D
Weirdly this was a lot more difficult to do than I thought it was gonna be. Lots of detail on her like the stripes which took aaaaaaages, and honestly I could've spend a lot more time on them making more interesting patterns.

Likely I'll update this with more of a background some time, I think this pic deserves it :D

(Dang it, I forgot that I was gonna have a light colour for her belly... I've gotta fix that for sure soon enough!)
