Just a quick update - I've been taken into hospital after I had a blackout at work - Been overdoing it with the hours and life in general and it's took it's toll. Don't worry about me though, I just let my diet and Iron deficiency get away from me so I've been burning way more calories than I've been able to eat. Couple that with 16 hour shifts and it all did me in. The doctors said I can be discharged after 48 hours observation so I should still be able to post Sunday's Patreon updates.
