This time it's gonna be Sarutobi Asuma, one of the most well known characters of the bara genre since its beginnings, I'm pretty sure he was one of the first bara crushes of a lot of people.
Son of the third Hokage in Naruto and generally a laidback individual (And eyecandy as well, despite not appearing that often), he was surprisingly skilled when he chose to intervene in fights.
