I thought the joke was kinda lame, but damn, am I proud of how this comic turned out. It's beautiful. Mostly thanks to the backgrounds made by Coen Balkestein, again! Guest appearances by my friends Hidde (curly), Philip (right), Susanne (left silhouette).

I figured I'd do something else for a change. I like haiku's. I like games. So I wrote a little haiku about the recently released (albeit in open beta) Battlefield 1:
Ah, Battlefield 1
It's still in its beta phase
That plane is spinning
And I liked it so much, I decided to make it into an (animated) comic. Maybe, if it catches on, I'll do more of these (hence the "#1"). Poetry, yay!

The last couple of days were pretty busy for me (which is also why this post is late and bite-sized). We are busy with preparing the office and creating work for our two new interns that will be starting today. Also, I landed a temporarily gig as a teacher at my old school which is more time-consuming than I expected. If there's anyone who doesn't get this one: Thomas Edison once electrocuted an elephant named Topsy to prove that Nikola Tesla's AC (Alternating Current) was too dangerous. He made a film of the execution (called Electrocuting an Elephant) which is very disturbing to watch.
