This took me longer to figure out than expected xD Anyways, the Blue Fairy would work like in your classic fairy tales... being the fairy godfather granting wishes around, called upon whenever praying to the wishing star in the sky and all that xP
For the purposes of my story, the Blue Fairy will be the one granting Rex the wish of turning his beloved plushie toy into the monster-hunk of his dreams on his 18+ birthday xO

I decided to partially take the designs I did for that Monster/Kid idea I had a while ago, and retool it as Dexter's new look instead; I do wanna change his dynamic into Dickmove's fanboy first and sidekick second, although I'm not sure when he's gonna appear...
A while back I also considered giving Dickmove a pet dog, but it would work better as Dexter's instead... something I could include sometimes, but not necessary tied to Dickmove's character ALL the time xD
The sun rays are working way too well on him xO
