Chapter 23, Page 50 Layout Sketch
Salaiix did three versions of Panel 2, as can be seen above. All were great, but the frontal grab that we went with seemed to flow best with Panels 1 and 3. Plus, the others were missing a clear view of Madison's expression with the one eye open/one eye closed, which really added to the moment.

Originally, we were going to make the bottom 'flashback' panel in black and white (similar to how we did the flashbacks in the Miss Bliss "Pleasure Pursuit" chapter), but we decided to take the extra time and go for color here.

Erotic Edge was originally going to go on the floor in Wilkos’ back room, in the spot where MILF World magazine ended up. But this didn’t feel quite sleazy enough to be ‘front and center’, so we decided to put it elsewhere.
The artwork was done by Hinomars19 for a completely unrelated project that I was working on a few years back--but now it gets a second shot at life in DZO!

The outfit style is the same 'reverse bunny suits' we see the waitresses wear in during the Pretty Pussy club scene in our "Pleasure Pursuit" Pallad City Stories chapter.

Chapter 23, Page 47 Layout Sketch
The only major change here was Madison's eyes in Panel 1.
Originally, we had her eyes rolling back more, but we decided it worked much better to show them wide in the finished page--illustrating that the Euphoria was really hitting her full force.

Though we don't get a decent view of this in the current chapter, the "masquerade event" flyer is posted on one of the cabinets in Wilkos' back room.
The Pretty Pussy is a strip club in Pallad City, which canonically made a brief appearance in the Pallad City Stories "Pleasure Pursuit" chapter. Wilkos also has another Pretty Pussy poster in the main area of the bar, near the entrance.
