I'm itching to start creating comics, but lately my attempts have ended in burnout and with drawings I'm unsatisfied with. So I'm moving a few squares back again to focus on lineart and mileage to work on my general skill, and the speed that comes with simply drawing more.

Like all artists, I started off both bad and unaware of how bad I was. When getting into the fundamentals I suddenly realized my lack of skill, which made me scared to draw as much as I used to.
Lately, I've only really been drawing when I have a specific idea in mind, but now that I'm more comfortable when my skill and (usually) being able to convey a scene I want, I'm finding that energy to just draw whatever the heck again.

I've been having an itch to draw more perspecctive. Finally was able to finish this, though working during the American holiday weekend enhanced my burnout. I feel there is more I'd like to do with this, but it's taking too much time away from other projects. At least I did learn much in regards to line art style through this.
I've been experimenting more in how I approach scale. The last two Doctor Mercys, plus this, have been giving me some insight in how I choose to violate the laws of perspective.

Early Morning Speed-Draw
While I have a lot of pictures that I personally want to convey well, I worry I'm not getting the proper mileage I ought in the artist grind, especially if I want to make comics and videogames.
I'm working on getting better at these fringe pieces; impulsive and with little planning for the sake of drawing more. So as long as I'm doing something, I'm learning, getting better and faster.

March was a bit of a shaky month, shared between some rough family happenings, health, and my job being a bit more stressful than usual.
