Based on the old, scrapped design for "Festerupt," this is another in the same family, but immobile and more like a gun turret.

I had a monster concept called festerupt years ago I never developed further, and had a totally unrelated design. Meanwhile, this design is derived a little from another one I had another name for.

It'd be related to the Pustulump, but it injects victims with an "explosive" infection, and can explode itself like a bomb as well.

Mortasheen - Amoebeyes

This concept is over five years old, but its design kept changing wildly!

I finally settled on a body plan similar to the Ultraman monster, Jamila, but also drawing heavily from a Pipa pipa (Surinam toad)

Which Tentacle Tip?

I can't decide! 

Also not totally sure I like how the tendrils are so all over the place, though maybe that's only because I feel as though I "overuse" that particular imagery (do I?)

Not even sure what the monster does yet really. I definitely overuse poison, even though it seems like it's begging to be something that "stings." I also overuse bloodsucking.

I feel like perhaps I still don't have enough electrical creatures?

(Late) Patron Monster - Dire Microorganism

Specifically, the microorganisms that MAKES things "dire" in fantasy gaming worlds.

Based on a Giardia, or "beaver fever" protozoan, which is also famous for its two eye-like nuclei.

I feel like I tried to make this stylish and different and instead it came out looking really plain and blah and like my style always does only not as great.

Tried to draw it kinda Digimon style, early Digimon anyway.

This might actually be what regular Babbers "really" looks like though. Almost all the MEEPTZ or MEATYS are cutified versions of much bigger things.

As you know this is the last month of my "busy season," the creepypasta contest is coming soon, I am slowly working on my game project (still uncertain of its release date) and a few Halloween articles remain to be done.

Revised Original Pokemon Generation - a Text File Download

Rough ideas for the pokemon that would inhabit my own original region.

I really did try to hold back on the ghost, bug, dark and poison, honest!

Theme  of this gen is still environmentalism and pollution.

Since pokemon gens now tend to introduce gimmicks like megas, ultrabeasts and alolan forms, my gen introduces giant mutant versions of past, first-stage pokemon.
