Hello Patreon! My apologies for the late upload on this - This week was my large charity stream event and a lot of time was going towards that. On a positive note, the community raised (as of today) $7300 to the National Multiple Sclerosis Foundation which is just jaw dropping.

The Orphithrope is an altered Werewolf that had perished - but the spores that infect it's body has kept it permanently in Lycanthrope form. This allows the creature to retain it's hybrid form, even in sunlight or by attacks that would normally suspend it's transformed state.
