So I got the neatest idea...

How about I make a 'Wild Chicken Shrub' that attracts wild chickens (animations from Island Living) that you can harvest eggs from? It would grow like a regular harvestable would and have a little nest where eggs will spawn. There will also be an added chicken animation that will happen periodically. Making a coop would be okay but I really think there's a good chance EA will tackle that in a future pack and I don't want there to be too much overlap.

Off the Grid Lot Trait

I'm SUPER excited about this trait coming with the new Expansion Pack and I want to put together some objects/mods based around this for July. I had always intended to make the solar panels from Get Famous functional so I'll look into that, but what else would you all like to see?

Monthly Lot WIP Update

So I was searching for some wedding venue ideas in NOLA and found the place in the photo above. I fell in love with the idea of an outdoor venue but we really needed something indoors too for when the weather won't cooperate. I'd like to use the pic above as a base for the outside area, and combine/adapt some of the following images for the inside of the building:

Check In!

I know I need to upload some stuff and get some of you some new links but I wont be back up until tomorrow. We had a leak at the house and I needed to move everything out of my office including my desktop. They are taking care of the carpet today and I'll be all setup sometime later tonight once it dries a bit. I'll also have some news about Island Living when the embargo lifts tomorrow morning so keep an eye out!

Monthly Project Goals

I'm going to focus on separating and updating stuff this month although I may throw in a harvestable or two while I'm at it. Specific things I'm going to be looking at working on are beds, Strangerville clutter, and updating objects/sets I haven't had a lot of time to update like the candles and Voidcritter comic set.

I'm also pulling out the Candle Crafting mod and I'm going to start tidying up and working on it again. I'll be posting updates as I go and I may also post some discussion...

Important Update!!!

It looks like there are several Patrons here that are sharing Patron-only content on other sites so I'm going to try something a little bit different with the next few sets. I'll still be posting a page on my site with all the information on it as usual, but there will be no download link there. Instead I'll be sending a link to each of you via your Patron messages to download the content.

WIP Discussion - July Lot

I'm finally going to tackle the Park lot in Willow Creek. I'm thinking of a more rustic/romantic outdoor venue for the wedding. If you'd like an indoor venue I'm sure I can fit a small building because I'll be using the 64x64 lot. I'd like to have a small rose garden or something and I'll likely recolor some of the kids park objects in some more natural/wood tone colors. WIP Update

I was down almost all weekend with a headache again but here's where I am with the lot. I need to do a smidge more landscaping and it's ready. It has all my harvestables (minus the corn and pumpkins) as well as all EA's normal harvestables. The signs turned out awesome and I made a bunch of simlish stickers for them that look really good against the wood.

Quick WIP Update

Before I start work I wanted to post a quick status update:

Pre-Release: As soon as I get the monthly lot up I'll make some more items available.

Early Access: I was able to separate most of the Strangerville Bar Back stuff last night, I have a couple more items to do and it will be ready. Same as Pre-Release, these will get uploaded after I've gotten the monthly lot up.

Massive Harvestable Update!

Alright, the easiest way to do this was to make a list with links. I've update all my harvestables except for the corn, I'm still having a couple issues with the tuning I'll try to work out this week. 

If you use the harvestable overhaul, as well as some of my other harvestables, you'll need to re-download the 'Garden Plants' file. There were some texture and mesh edits I made for this file.

Checking In

I wanted to let you all know I'm STILL working on updates and I'll be releasing them all at once since they rely on the same tuning files. I've cleaned up all the tuning and even figured out a work-around for previous harvestable versions that don't seem to update in-game. All that info will be included on the new download pages.

World Seasons - Discussion

I'm toying with the idea of adjusting the worlds seasons. It won't be anything massive, but I wanted to adjust the winter season for Willow Creek because In Louisiana snow and ice are not common, especially near the water. Then I started thinking I could make a few more tweaks, like to Brindleton Bay to lessen or remove the heat waves from summer. Being that it's near an ocean it seems unlikely that there would be heat waves.

Hey All!  

I planned on uploading some new stuff for Patrons and releasing some other stuff publicly this morning but the power went out on my block so all I have access to is my laptop for the next 3 hours. When the power comes back I'll upload Patron stuff because it's all on my desktop but I can get the public stuff released hopefully before my laptop dies.

Quick Update & Discussion

So I'm off spend the last weekend I'll likely get to spend with my sister and her family here in Oklahoma. We're going camping for a couple of days and I'll be back later Sunday. 

When I get back, probably late that night or Monday morning I have a few more harvestables for you guys. I've got the lettuce, kale, sweet potatoes, limes, and cranberries! Also I'll have some minor updates for all my harvestables including some fixes for LE's.
