Greenhouse Stuff Part 1

The zip contains recolors of the Frieze Frame and Stepped Exterior Trim and the greenhouse roof pieces converted from Sims 3. They all should be Base Game.

These come in all of my metals colors which I tried to match to some of the metals I liked in game. Windows are coming next, I actually need to make new files and make them texture dependent so they don't take up a ton of space.

Brindleton Bay Barn Home - Poll

So I thought a good way to combine my projects this month would be to create a small farmhouse with greenhouse that can be used as a dining area as well for entertaining. That way, when Seasons comes out, Sims can have their celebrations outside in the winter if they want!

I'd prefer to have the greenhouse attached to the house, but it depends on how it looks once I put it together.

June Project - Table Settings

I was thinking I'd do a couple different categories for place settings but I really want to get some input. What I've narrowed it down to:

'Set the Table' Basic Menu Choices

• Casual - Fork, Spoon, Knife
• Formal - 2 Forks, Spoon, Knife

June Project - Table Clutter Set

With seasons on it's way I've decided to focus on getting my old table clutter set finished. It's going to be the perfect compliment to all the celebration and holiday gatherings! 

I think I'll make a few more recolors of of the dishes to match the seasons, no more than 16 swatches/recolor. I'm going to put together some palettes but I want to get some ideas from everyone before I do. Are there specific palettes you'd like to see? If so post a link below so I can check them out!

Museum - WIP Update

So I've decided to push this set pieces and lot out a month or two. I'll let you know where I'm at with it as I progress. There are several reasons for this:

• I got behind due to slots and don't want to sacrifice objects to release it sooner.

It was seriously easier to just make my own. Great news - I found a new way to layer filters to make a real life texture look more Sims 4ish. I'm going to try a few more :)

Almost there guys! 

I made those bookshelves I was talking about but realized I really need some rugs and plants to spruce this place up. I decided I'm going to re-make some of plasticbox's stuff like the fringe rugs and separated plants because there are some issues with them in game and/or I can't find what I need easily lol.

Seasons Plans

Yes, it's not out yet and I'm already scheming hehehehe....

SO the new florist table is going to save me a lot of work with craft table part of the Drying/Dehydrating Skill & Objects.  I already started one, but the new one will have way better animations and I can either add to the table or use it as a base for my own. I'll be able to decide better when I know more about it.

Goal Changes - Seasons is Coming!!!

I'm going to be changing course for the next month, I'll explain in more detail below. Here's why:

• Patches - I'm not sure what they're going to be changing and considering it's an expansion pack and there will likely be A LOT of changes I don't want to work on any major projects until I know how it affects them.

Displays & Most Inserts

I was about to release these last night when I realized  trying to find which insert you needed was impossible. I had to do some renaming and reorganizing for them to make them easier to find. Keep in mind, you'll have several height variations for each catalog entry but the design tool will not work with them. If you want a different height you'll have to go back to the catalog and select the swatch with the proper height before placing it.

1/3 depth inserts - WIP Update

This took a lot of trial and error to get these slots to make sense with most of the objects that needed to be displayed. I finished these earlier today and now that they're done I can use them as a base for the other size displays.

These fit REALLY nicely together in the case though. Much better than I could have envisioned lol. These are the 1/3 of the depth of the case, I have a couple of 2/3 depth versions and 1 full depth version. In each of those, there will be a version for each size ca...

I finally got it!

It took like 3 days to get the slots in the right spots so that all versions of these inserts will fit properly inside the case. You can see where the different slot are on the insert below. 

So this is the Full Depth version, there will be a 1/3 depth and 2/3 depth version as well. I'm going to make these in multiple heights and for each display. Quad Manor Bookstore

So here are some screenshots of what I've got so far. I've made a bunch of extra stuff like street lamps, a chandelier, a bunch of wall ivy pieces, some window/door edits, and a bunch more.

So here are the cases I've got done so far. The idea behind these is that there will be inserts you can arrange however you want inside of these or just use them as is. The super large square one is to create historical scenes with, you can see a quick example of what I mean below.

This is turning out so cute! I'm almost done with the exterior then I'm moving on to the interior. I ended up making way more objects than I thought I would for this. Most were edits to window and tile sizes so they center differently.
