Unreleased character - Ro/Dalia

I don't really plan to do anything much with them.

Dalia was an Archon of luck who refused to join archon's war and to escape it had to fabricate their death. Unfortunately, not everything went well. and instead of waking up in a preprepared body some days later, Dalia woke up thousands of years later.

Dalia was never much attached to gender, so they had two forms, male and female.
Ro, the new Dalia's body and persona, is a guy. And Ro pretends to be a hydro vision user, but in...
