Definitely re-read this when it gets posted, as this is the version following the trend of the brainstorming session we had on the Patreon Chat, but Brownie hasn't looked it over (which is like pulling teeth these days), so when I do get him to do so it could be anywhere from a laugh and an "It's good!" to a partial rewrite of an entire section.

Honestly, I'm just glad it isn't 4 in the morning again, but I've been at this for ~8hrs and I need to take a little break.

Fight scenes always take a lot longer to write than the talky ones, and this and the next are going to be mostly just that, but they're a key part of the setting, the genre, and the story. Next Chapter up hopefully by Wednesday-ish.
As for the chapter itself?
Things are not going well for Lee.

Then comes the Interlude, which is going to be so much easier.

Also, I was originally going to do this entire thing as one chapter. Considering the intro/first level is 5291 words, It's going to be two, maybe three in total. After this, the investments are done, the vacation is over, and Lee will be dragged back into the Politics he's been trying to avoid so hard.
