Thank you to all supporters, I hope you're enjoying everything so far, and a big thank you to all custom requesters this month - It's been a big month.

A reminder that I will be gone until November 10th (And probably a few days after), so custom orders will not be available, but if you want to get a position in the queue, you can submit character/video forms whenever and I will get to them in order after I return.

Okay so the issue with the delayed emails seems to be an issue with emails outside of gmail. If you’re not using gmail, your email service may throttle automated emails which is why they’re arriving hours/days later.

so I would recommend using a gmail to purchase videos. But in any case, if there are issues, just email me and I will make sure you get your video. Thanks!

Hey everyone,

It's come to my attention that some people have been getting emails late from the store after purchasing a video. I'm not sure what's going on so I will reach out to the email service that handles the automation to figure out what happened.

I will be adding a "Slow mo only when mouthguard flies out" option to custom videos.

The chances of the mouthguard getting punched out of the mouth varies for each knockout.
