2 Updates- Part 1 (Health update)

It seems like every time I make an update, something happens that sets me back along the way. 

For the past week, I have been recovering from a really bad sore throat. I ended up getting sick right after a 3 night stay with my girlfriend, which meant I had to miss 3 days of work, and even right now, I'm still recovering. I've had to see 2 doctors, found out my insurance was inactive, so I had to go out of pocket on my appointments and to get my antibiotics, and in the pr...

Street Floater WIP- Cammy

Cammy's outfit alone was enough for me to choose her next. In the final picture I'll add a face shot as well. Now I'm doing Chun-Li since that one was requested next.

Street Floater WIP- Juri

After nearly a week, I got the second sketch. There are 11 female characters in the Street Fighter 4 roster, and a few from Alpha 3 and 5 that I want to add to the mix, so there will be more. 

I have also been getting back to Ultimate Marvel vs Capcom 3, so my inspiration to do this street fighter set is strong! I think next up will be Cammy or Chun-li!

Street Floater WIP- Sakura

Time for a quick story. So I recently found myself getting back into playing Street Fighter, with my favorite game being Ultra Street Fighter 4. I had an idea of making a picture set of most of the female SF4 cast swelling and in the air. Sakura is first up, but I got Juri next up. 

I'm just gonna post these as I finish them, but this is a fun idea I wanted to put together.

April Update- Plans for This Year

This year has been one of unending historical and personal events happening at the same time, and while Ive had little time to relax and take it all in, Im devising a game plan to tackle this year.

To start, I will be doing 4 main projects this year- 2 comics I want to create, and 2 projects based on what you all want to see me create. All 4 of these will be given head starts, but I will be releasing these in June, August, September, and December.

Lysithea Blown Out of Proportion

So the process of getting this scanned was a complete pain. Every time I tried to scan artwork on my HP all in one printer, the colors would be bleached, resulting in loss of detail. There was no setting or software compatible with my version of Windows to solve this issue. I could always use my parents' printer, but not only is having to use a printer in another room inconvenient, but even when I took the printer and set it up on my PC, I had the same problem where the pictures got bleached....

Lysithea Blown Out of Proportion- Process and Pre-scan

Here is a collection of progress pics I made in the week and change it took me to finish this colored pencil piece. The first picture is the completed work.

However, until I get a new printer or dedicated flatbed scanner, I will have a hard time scanning this piece. Im on the hunt for one now, so hopefully in the next 2 weeks I find one that suits my needs.

Ive only been working on this during my days off, and for now im back to 2 off days per week. Its almost complete, but this is being scanned when I buy a new scanner, i got a lot of work to scan!
