Tier 4 rewards

The monthly illustration and sketch requests for those in tier 4! Nino is an extra since I wasn't able to finish her off last month, so here she is!

It was chorogon's character Candela! I had the chance to draw her probably a few years ago at this rate, she's cute so I was happy to revisit her! Always nice to draw familiar faces

This months R18 poll winner! It was a fun one. Worked on procreate for this, while the colors turned out more muted than intended I really like the outcome! It gives it some sort of vague vintage feeling

Changed a few things to some of the suggestions, mainly the white dress, which is loosely inspired by the one from Violet Evergarden instead of being the real thing.

This is from earlier this month, I never make reference sheets for my characters because I think their designs are too simple to justify it lol, but it is useful to have them when trying to commission someone else lol

Finally done!! Somehow I totally underestimated the time it takes to make comics... but I managed to squeeze it out! It'd have been done earlier yesterday but I decided to paint in grayscales as a last minute decision, I'm happy with how it looks this way! Unfortunately a last minute file corruption also delayed it by a few hours... but it's done and that's what matters.

This has been on my head for a while! So I figured I'd ask. 

With the Discord server I've been more active there posting WIPs and doodles and whatever else as soon as I have stuff decent enough to share, while I was thinking of updating the Patreon towards the end of the month in image dumps of whatever I have to share, excluding text posts if there's any of course 

Would you guys rather have simultaneous posts on both places or just a couple of big dumps towards the end...

character design process

Someone on the server had asked for feedback on a character design of theirs, this sort of stuff is difficult for me since it's such a broad subject and personal tastes and biases shape up what everyone likes to see in designs, so the idea of making a post about how I go to make characters has been in my head for a bit! So here we are. 

I tend to have some self imposed rules when making characters, I'll divide this post explaining said rules, those being:
