Billing Update!

I've opted into a new billing option that Patreon recently rolled out, where each individual's billing cycle is based on their starting subscription date instead of the first of the month.

Before now, people subscribing late in the month would be charged twice: once when they subscribed, and then again a few days later on the 1st, and that always seemed a little counterintuitive to me.
