I wanted to get Sword and Shield for my wife and I for Christmas, but was turned sour by the facts presented by the #Dexit and #Gamefreaklied controversies.
In fact: I refused to buy it because it appears to be a nasty trend akin to series like Call of Duty or how studios like Bioware have started treating their customers.
Am I wrong and should I reconsider?

Look. I'm not an internet or hacking guru. I'm just tech savvy because growing up... I broke a lot of shit. And for a couple of years now, my computer has shown signs of being what I call, "Hacked". We got my wife's computer back and it's all setup and lookin' purty. And it's even faster than it was before!
