I'm excited to share the beginning of a new book with you all. I know these beginning chapters don't include all the really "fun" stuff, but I promise it's on the way. Hopefully reading this is hot just based on all of the possibilities. I've got a lot in store for these characters, so I wanted to fully flesh them out first -- which will make the transformations that much better.

We're back at the Grove Motel, this time with a mother and a daughter bridezilla on their way to plan her dream wedding.

I've been looking forward to posting this one since it will serve as a prologue to the next short story that I'm currently writing. While this Quickie takes place in the past, the next short story will be in present day Grover University and will follow a professor as she works to uncover the mystery of the statue and ends up following under its power. Things really start to ramp up here!
When write, I always have a final fate in mind for my characters, but I try not to set too much that happens on the way there in stone. I always get new ideas as I write out the path that gets them to that transformation I'm going for. Trading Spaces still has quite a lot to happen before we get to that point.
