We shot the 41st Project L with Jasmin yesterday, so I'm currently editing the photos so that I could perhaps get 'em published by tomorrow.

The edit progress of the 40th part's video is still ongoing, as I've decided to try a new approach to the behind the scenes video by attaching a small action video camera (as seen before on Patreon posts) on the top of my still camera, Canon's 1D X.

I think that these clips create a better and more honest approach to the videos – albeit the image quality is not as good as in DSLRs – as they can be shot without the model actually noticing that you're shooting video. Besides, they...

My apartment is a mess – yet again. But as goes my reasoning, it gives more depth and a feel of reality to the photos; not every home is taken straight from an interior design magazine.

Funny how two different colours seem so very close to each other when in different lighting temperatures.

Part 40 - Sneak peek

The 40th project has been shot, and now all that's left is editing the photos and videos. Here's a slight sneak peek with the suit Paul had donated to us beforehand! Remember to love your local Pauls in the donor's honor.

The slanting lens hood gives a nice-looking vignetting to this photo, albeit it surely was not intentional. More sneak peeks coming soon, although I think that we'll have to publish the project on Monday, instead of previously intended Sunday.

Well, that didn't go as planned

The 40th Project L was unfortunately not shot on the last weekend due to a mixup in our schedules; but worry not, the project will be shot on the next weekend (unless a tornado hits Finland or something).

Because you've all been so patient, here's a sneak peek to our quick test wear of one of the lately donated suits!

Upcoming 40th Project L!

Greetings from the on-again-off-again sunny Finland!

Now that we've managed to move apartments, have a holiday and other silly tasks, we're ready to shoot again! The next Project L will be shot on the next Saturday!

A new milestone - more video!

Oh my, we've reached an another milestone – more video! Thank you all so very much, this all means the world to me! Introcuding my secret weapon: Sony's AZ1 Action Cam! Basically it's a GoPro, made by Sony, but with far less "threatening" front end; whereas GoPro is instantly recognizable nowadays, a smaller camera with much less action going on the front is a better choice in my opinion, as it's more discreet. "A sunny day on a beach? Well, better show it in black and white!" - Me, just now. I don't know, I just really, _really_ like black and white photography - especially when harsh edges, such as water, and smooth shapes, such as latex, are involved. Besides, a high-contrast light of the noon is really, really boring in colour. Usually.
