We call these shoots co-existence, where naturists and non-naturists socialize with respect. This was at Blunt Moya's exhibition in Parkhurst, it was coupled with an interview on naturism and this concept of co-existence. Blunt also specializes in artistic nude photography and we found it an ideal occasion to normalize nudity and deliver the message of naturism.

One of the funniest, most meditative days at East Lynne House. Muvumbi Ndzalama and I had started shooting some meditative activities as amateurs which we intend to continue with as part of our science of naturism. Although short lived, we once upon a time, had a cooking show with Muvumbi Ndzalama. Our one and only episode was with Chef Noni, one of the most wonderful spirits you'll ever meet. Chef Noni specializes in indigenous African cuisine comprising rich grains and hearty greens that take you back to the kinds of meals our ancestors may have enjoyed. We were extremely fortunate to have naturist friends of ours share their vacant house with us to use as a shooting location and a space for naturist socials. We named it East Lynne House, after the area it's in. It's now a family home and no longer in our management, but we'll forever be grateful for their immense kindness and open hearts. We'd often shoot two episodes of The Feel-Good Naked Podcast in one go. This session produced two very popular episodes. In the one, we had two cultural preservationists from the Ndebele and Swati cultures, and in the other, we had a young naturist couple of whom the lady is also an artistic nude model. In an attempt to promote and encourage healthy naturism even to city dwellers, a naked yogi offered us yoga sessions held in a Jo'burg apartment. We kept a heater running when the warm season slowed down. We also created yoga video tutorials for an American naturism channel.

Following our earlier idea to educate through an insightful journal, we thought to add a practical naturism podcast to the mix. We wanted a video podcast that gives insights into people's healthy expressions of nudity and their bodies. With Babalwa and I (Vonks) as hosts, these photos are from the first episode. The podcast has since evolved into The Science of Naturism.

The idea to record an educational and insightful journal of naturism was bounced around at a 2021 trip we had, but it was at a social meeting in 2022, during our friend's birthday weekend, where the idea truly crystallized, paving the way for much of our future journaling.
