Sorry that I haven’t posted lately! This last month has been hectic and stressful!!

Ever since I came to Turkey, I have been dreaming of owning my own home.

Many of my depressions stemmed from letting fear and doubt in - especially What will I do when I am old.

Being a Traveling Gypsy for most of my life - I don’t have a pension and retirement saved up. I would wake up in middle of night in a cold sweat - fearing.

I always wanted to take nudes with pink blossoms or cherry blossoms. I went with a photographer friend yesterday for the same area, but after 2 days of snow, the blossoms fell off.

I found some English books at a hotel I am 1 minute away from!!

Not only did I get an English book, I borrowed a blender and a powder to unclog my sink.

Hotel owner joked what I also needed. He doesn’t know that I am a little orphan waif who will come knocking to borrow every little thing!!

At least I have hot water and won’t be asking to shower!!

G-String or Boy Shorts?

Thanks Melissa for donating me her string g-strings!

They fit and now my underwear collection is increasing!!

From NO panties for months to a bunch of lacy thongs and boy shorts and now string G-Strings! I don’t really wear underwear but it’s nice to have STUFF just in case I don’t want the wind to blow my dress up and show commando!!

Quarantine Lifting

Hurray!! So so excited that Turkey has lifted many restrictions on quarantine!! We can dine in now at restaurants, no more Saturday lockdown, AND Hamman aka Turkish Baths are OPEN!

Finally!! Throughout winter it was so so cold and now I get to sit in hot steam room and salt room and get a body scrub massage full of zesty soft bubbles!

Askim means LOVE in Turkish!! He is my Askim and I am his in a nonsexual platonic way!!

We ar Akadash!! Friends who joke a lot!

I stayed with him for a few nights before I found my Pigeon Home!! He was always a gentleman and a friend! A couchsurfer couldn’t host me so he found this Turkish man who spoke very little English!

Idris my Askim!! He is an artist - a painter who paints all the pottery and ceramics at their shop!

Icicles Tonight

Super cold!! Been snowing for 3 days! A local told me last night was minus 18!!! Wow!!

I think this is the coldest I have ever experienced in my life.

I did spend a whole week in snow in Yosemite one time and that was cold too. I am not sure what place is colder.

Tonight Saturday, I saw so many icicles!!

Puppy Love

My Australian friend brought over Sofia - a little tiny black baby puppy!! She was so so sweet!! I wanna keep her, but I am already having trouble finding a new rental that will take Loki.

Turkish culture overall doesn’t believe a dog should be indoors so many many people do not want my dog inside any home. Especially not an apartment.

I wanted a rental with a bathtub!! Luxurious!! But most are apartments so will NOt take Loki!!
