Fookin' hell this took a while to get around to. Anyway, highlights:
Boxxy and Arisha resolve their differences like adults. Which is to say, through an unhealthy amount of drinking.
Boxxy has a ship in its pocket, literally. Sailing shenanigans ensue.
Reach the spot for the dive, at which point everyone gets ready and Jen is given the diving Artifact that Boxxy mentioned. It just so happens to look like a ducky suit.

Kaede visits Herman, a patreon character and also the guy who invented the 'death insurance policy' mentioned earlier in the arc.
She is then sent to investigate and deal with the alleged death of one of Herman's clients.
This leads the Hero of Death to encounter Arisha Nightriver, a twice-Ranked nosferatu bloodlord that had been around since the days of the Addams Theocracry. (also a patreon character)
Kaede learns that she and Arisha have a lot in common...

This involves using said corruption as 'fuel' for creating a new house mimic.
The procedure is 'glitchy,' but successful, and Boxxy is left feeling like a new chest.
That settled, Boxxy turns its sights towards obtaining the 'stockpile of deadly weaponry' detailed in Tol-Saroth's notes.

Boxxy interrogates the captured book mimic, which is revealed to be possessed by Tol-Saroth's third familiar, Torzessirth (Torz for short) the beholder.
Boxxy convinces Torz to share the cipher needed to decode Tol-Saroth's notes.
The notes reveal that the graveyard dungeon was a house mimic production laboratory, and that Tol-Saroth was even more obsessed with demons than it seems.
