Hi all!
I hope you are all are safe and healthy during these difficult times.
Im here to present the second map I've drawn in my self isolation; the village of Westmoor.
I first drew this village back in September 2019 and remember being pretty happy with the outcome.

But 6 months is a long time when you are discovering a new passion and developing a style. With that in mind I...

Hello my wonderful Patrons.
First things first, I hope that you are all safe and well at this difficult time
I also just want to say that I really appreciate that you still chose to be part of this community and support the work we do here with your hard earned money.
As many of you will also be doing I have been self isolating for all of this week to try and mitigate the spread of Covid-19. So I thought why not lean into it.
Thus, Aldur's Redout. A fort...

Hi all,
I took a little break from my commissioned work and decided to do a little map of a vineyard.
I'm not sure how useful it is an a battlemap but I thought I'd offer it to you as a free map just in case!
Have a great day!

Hi guys!
Here is the latest battlemap I put together for you guys, an isolated cottage in the woods.
What sort of encounter could your party have here I wonder?
As an added bonus for this map I tried my hand at animating it. Attached to this post is a 1920*1080 video on a 10 second loop. (.mov and .mp4 formats)
This is the first animated map I have made so let me know if you have any issues.
If you guys are interested in more animated maps going forward let me kn...

Greetings all!
Travelling by sea can be perilous. Traveling by sea that is full of monsters can be dangerous. Traveling a sea that is full of monsters and teeming with pirates can be damn right disastrous.
With that in mind I'm sure that a battle map for your naval encounter needs would be a welcome addition.
Surveyor and Cartographer posts to follow with night map and canon versions.

Hey guys,
One thing you can be sure of when embarking on any adventure where your party will be travelling they will at some point need to camp in the woods. Equally at some point a bandit/monster/angry local might take exception to them being there and decide to rob/eat/scold them
Well with this battlemap you should be covered!
All feedback welcome as usual.
Night version and additional versions to follow for Surveyors and Cartographers.

Hi guys,
For our first big project on this patreon I thought we could create a few maps that could be linked together for an adventure as well as used separately if need be.
Basically I will create the following maps based around a small island:
Regional
Settlement
Battlemap
Dungeon map
What I need from you marvellous Surveyors and Cartographers is to decide the theme.

Welcome adventures to the riverside town of the Orthus.
Built around an important fortified river crossing, the town serves as a major hub for any and all trade passing through the region.
The central feature of the town is no doubt the stone bridge replete with round towers and heavy gates. It is home to Baron Marsden, a minor nobleman, who jealously guards his 'keep'. No traffic be it commercial or civilian may pass without his authorisation, something he will not give without b...

With our first town map largely finished but for labelling and the finishing touches I thought I would post a full nearly 9 minute timelapse of the process.
Each 30 seconds of the video equals roughly 1 hour in real time.
Hopefully this will give you some insight into the process.
Let me know if these are the kind of posts you want to see and any feedback you have :D

First let me apologise of that terrible pun but I had too.
Second, our so far nameless town is coming in swimmingly and I thought I might be worth showing you a little snap shot how what I'm halfway through the shading.
I think this shows how much better your work can look if you put just basic shading over it. In my opinion it just brings that left side to life.
Let me know what y...

The road has been long and difficult, the late spring thaw turning the track to a muddy quagmire beneath your feet.
Thank the gods you came across this inn, a large (if slightly crooked) stone structure, a little way off the beaten path.
As you approach the old oak door, it suddenly flies open, the smell of stale beer and old sweat billows out of the threshold, invading your nostrils even from this distance.
A large man stands in the doorway wearing a battered apron. I...
