Patreon is aware of the high amount of declines. From what I've seen today, it has to do with the moving to a processor in England. They wrote me back with this:

Patreon has recently allowed artists to start charging new Patrons up front. I've turned on this feature.
Why is this important?
Because billing happens on the first of the month, there has been rampant abuse of the system where people will sign up for a day or two, download whatever they want, and then cancel their pledge.

Alex and I have begun the process for scheduling BLOOM! That means I don't have an In The Studio this week as we getting everyone situated. Instead I'll be judging a talent show, meeting with an Escape Room to potentially build monsters for them, and talking over the phone with Facebook about how to improve Ad reach.

A couple of housekeeping items!
1) The top tier, Paladins of Production, will begin voting SOON on models they would like to sponsor. As part of their membership, they can choose two people to sponsor per year. The cost is covered by your patronage. The first opportunity to do this for is BLOOM. I've also raised the cap from 4 to 6, if you feel like upgrading. I also need to order more plaques!

Just realized that I don't share enough personal stuff on here lately, so let me fix that. Tonight someone told me I need to work on my PR skills. Yes. It's hard describing what I do. Today is the last day of my week long "vacation"... but what a weirdly wonderful time! Hardly relaxing, you know, but absolutely riveting.
Went to (and was involved with) some amazing events. Shared some incredible experiences, meals, conversations, laughter, tenderness, and discoveries.
