Episode 2 at 91% and new team member!

This week I recruited a new guy for the role of Movie Editor. He’s in the training phase and if he keeps doing a good work, he’ll be an effective team member. I used to do this task myself, but with the extra responsibilities I gained, I had to pass along this task to someone else I can teach.

86% of Episode 2 is done

Hey Guys,

Episode 2 is almost done. We only need 51 more renders from Daisuke3D, and to select one of the candidates for movie editor. One guy is learning fast and putting a lot of effort. I think we are going in the right direction.

Tsundere-Writer also sent me the outline of episode 3, that he'll start writing soon. It seems that Ep3 will focus on Chloe. 

As soon as the role of movie editor is filled, I'm going to make a post to recruit the much required animator. So ...

Budgeting and Planning

I spent quite a lot of time planning our budgets and I'm delighted to conclude that we have enough money to support a team of 7 people (me, Daisuke3D, Tsundere-Writer, Saniya, Movie Editor, Animator and Second Artist) until November 2022 (Yes, 2022). I considered the money we have in the bank and the recurring payments from Patreon, itch io and Steam.

When I recruited Daisuke3D and Tsundere-Writer, I promised they would take 2 week vacations every 6 months. Our last vacation was in December, so they are enjoying some time off right now!

They are the muscle behind the development of the game, and I’m only taking care of essential tasks right now.

I’m also taking a time to review my eating habits and play some piano.
