Chapter 623: Decisions
Blake flinched as a rush of air whipped past him. He stared in surprise until he realized it was Mason vanishing into the light. He took a breath and shook his head.
“So impatient. Wait, who’s defending me?”
He looked back to see Streak and his few constructs fighting desperately to hold off the ever closing ring of undead. They were doing…OK. But it seemed unlikely they’d keep him distraction free.
“Demi, my dear?” He called. “Could you possibl...

Fighting blind was a lot harder than it looked in old Kung Fu movies. Mason thrashed around feeling like an idiot, crushing random enemies, but mostly getting his ass kicked.
His resistances seemed baffled. It was a good reminder not to think you had an answer to everything—sometimes a good, bright light worked better than a thousand magic tricks. He couldn’t see more than the occasional swinging object, usually right as it hit him.
He tried opening his eyes and staring,...

Mason was having so much fun, he almost forgot why he was fighting. But his divine title flared and he knew Demi and the others must have been getting closer. He wasn’t sure that was wise, but he trusted them. He also felt Streak springing towards closer, which would make the killing even better.
He hoped the creatures would all stop and fight right here and forget the city. He’d work on his wings. Streak could test out Transformation’s limits through Pack Brother. They hadn...

Mason raced across open ground, his strides so long and movement so fast he spent more time in the air then touching dirt. It didn’t take long to get in range. He summoned his elven bow and slid to a halt, scanning the undead army with Ranger’s Mark and a discerning eye.
Huge, scarab-like creatures marched at the front. They had stone, human torsos rising up above the carapace, topped with lion heads. They held golden lightning bolts in a raised hand, as if ready at any moment to th...

Blake rolled through the holy city on the back of his living chariot construct. He’d been going for ‘Roman conqueror’, but ended up with something more like ‘Apollo the fire god’. The thing was literally on fire around the metallic base, the ram head cackling with a real Ghost Rider vibe.
But it was pretty cool. And beggars couldn’t be choosers. More accurately, mana users with random spells couldn’t be picky.
He’d told his orc and goblin allies to stay in...

Haley stood on a balcony overlooking the palace entrance, forcing her mouth closed as she stared. There were thousands, many thousands of people coming in a giant mob, with plenty more running at the edges.
“Dios mio,” Rosa whispered beside her, fresh from the teleporter. “I brought everyone with a void store from Nassau. I thought it might be too much. But just look at them all…”
Haley took a steadying breath, and put away the overwhelmed feeling o...

Guiding a dozen, very vulnerable civilians through a warzone wasn’t Mason’s idea of a good time. Even worse, as he moved them out into the street, other civilians from a dozen nearby buildings thought they saw salvation and came streaming out.
Before he could tell them to stay where they were, he was surrounded by a hundred desperate, terrified people in the middle of a kind of crossroads. He knew telling them to go back was a waste of time. Instead he desperately searched his W...

It was gonna be a long night in that hotel bed. After cleaning up and getting ready to sleep–singing a little song the whole time–Catie wore one of my shirts and literally nothing else.
“I’m so happy,” she said, wrapping her arms around me after flopping on the bed. “I can’t believe I told you about my family. That you’re coming home with me. That I met someone like you out here.”
I felt like telling her it wouldn’t be hard for a girl like her to meet som...

Apparently, I should have told Catie I loved her sooner.
They were like these magic words that broke down her iron will, and had her straddling my lap in seconds. Like I’ve said, she’d done her best not to torture me too badly. Like she knew how much she turned me on and tried not to fire up my libido.
But that discipline was apparently over.
“Good thing we didn’t do fruity drink number three,” I mumbled with a grin. “I think you might be drunk already.” <...

“OK,” I said, doing everything I could not to cross the bed and take Catie in my arms. “I won’t freak out,” I promised, not at all sure I wouldn’t freak out. “Whatever it is, it’s better to talk about it.”
She nodded like she agreed, taking a deep breath as we sat on the side of the bed. She’d stayed over at my place plenty of times, but whenever she did there was like this current of electricity between us.
I’d never seen her fully naked.

“Please don’t freak out,” my girlfriend said, playing with the fraying fabric at the waist of her pajama bottoms.
She turned her big, brown eyes down, looking at the hotel bed comforter, voice going quiet.
“I have to tell you something,” she went on. “It’s gonna be weird. But you can ask me anything.”
She was so damn cute it sometimes distracted you from how sexy she was.
I couldn’t tell if I wanted to squeeze her cheeks or clap them. Preferably both....

Hey guys, hope you enjoyed your Christmas.
TL:DR - you are getting chapters from a brand new harem story this week instead of the Great Game. Great Game again on Jan 12.
This is a good news/bad news kind of post. But it's mostly good news! I shall explain.
The Bad News first:
Great Game chapters are delayed another week. They'll resume Jan 12, and we'll finish up exactly as planned. (I'm still intending to release bo...

Taking a week off with the family. Merry Christmas / happy new year, everyone!
It's been a wild ride of a year for me. I've released 11 books in 2025. Five audiobooks. Published close to a million words of fiction.
Next year I don't expect to do quite as much on Amazon. I think we'll move to a '1 book every 2 month' schedule.
But I'll keep up the same 4 chapters a week here on Patreon. And let's just see how much we can get done...

Monica stood with the other women at the back of the shelter, staring at the glowing, green eyes of the Wolf of the West. It wasn’t the first time. The last time she’d been fixated on those eyes was from under that man (and on top of, and wrapped around...) about a month ago, her legs spread as wide as she could possibly get them.
The memory tortured her most nights. And still wasn’t helpful.
She hadn’t known who he was back in the Neutral Zone. Though she hadn’t cared, ...

“Uh, Mason.” Becky swallowed in a very different way than earlier that morning. “You seein’ this?”
Mason clenched his teeth, the feeling of being overwhelmed by chaos and variables roaring right back. Jeong was still terrorizing these people from the fucking grave. And the day had been going so well.
“Get back to the others,” he ordered. “Spread out through the city. Protect the civilians and put down anything undead. Go!”
He turned and ran...
Chapter 614: Endless pleasure
Mason wasn’t entirely sure how he’d gone from ‘being unsure about and almost breaking up with Becky’, to ‘completely sure, feeling kind of dumb, and also getting his dick sucked’. But he was not at all complaining.
His cowgirl had gotten impatient with the belt and just pulled him out through the suit pants fly. Then she’d instantly opened her lips and taken him in, closing her eyes and moaning like she was eating some favorite meal from childhood.
He put a hand on h...

“I missed you last night,” Becky said quietly, as soon as their little group was far enough away from the crowded boardroom. Mason took a breath and squeezed her hand. Talking at least helped distract his impatient mind from the crawling agony of human walking speed.
Also it was one thing to tell yourself your women had ‘tiers’—that there were ‘wives’ and there were ‘girlfriends’, and they didn’t get the same treatment. It was whole different thing to explain it to t...

A piece of Mason was glad his brother wanted to help with the Nexus. He’d be a major asset, without question. He was very likely the second most powerful player left alive, not to mention all his…utility.
How many times had Mason been in some ridiculous dungeon and wondered how much easier it would have been with Blake there?
Another piece of him wanted to take that soft little hand resting on his shoulder, and crush it until the arrogant prick was on the ground whimpering i...

Mason stalked through the palace halls in his uncomfortable suit, Haley just about running to keep up beside him. He tore off his tie about halfway, but kept from kicking off the shoes.
“I should have had breakfast first,” he said, ignoring the few servants who bowed and scraped as he passed.

Mason woke with his three wives in the palace of his dead enemy. The immortal emperor Jeong was gone, and Mason was now king of the east, the undisputed most powerful player on ‘new earth’.
But he couldn’t exactly relax. The ‘doom’ was coming—roboGod’s apocalyptic, demonic-invading climax. This was supposed to take several months, though, or maybe even years. For the moment, the main crisis humanity faced was over.

Mason, Haley and Naya were all squished together, making out on their knees, Demi still under a blanket beneath. Naya took his hand and started sucking on fingers, which got Haley following suit on the other. As if reading their minds under the blanket, Demi finally slipped his tip between her lips.
He moaned and just enjoyed the sensation of three mouths sucking body parts. But Haley took out his wet fingers and slid them over Naya’s toned stomach, down between her legs.

“I still want a fire.” Demi yawned and looked at the fireplace as Mason pushed away his last plate. He managed to hold back from stuffing himself too much. He wanted to be awake and fit for some light exercise…
“I can manage that,” he said, standing with a stretch. The eyes of all three women followed him, and he tried not to enjoy the attention too much. But there was a growing tension in the air—an expectation or anticipation of what might happen next.
